Disney+ has released the official trailer for FX’s highly anticipated international thriller, The Beauty, executive produced by Ryan Murphy. The series will premiere on Thursday, January 22, in Australia, launching with the first three episodes. The 11-episode first season will continue with new episodes released weekly on Thursdays, including double-episode releases during the final two weeks.
Set against the glamorous and dangerous world of high fashion, The Beauty follows FBI agents Cooper Madsen (Evan Peters) and Jordan Bennett (Rebecca Hall) as they investigate a series of gruesome deaths among international supermodels. Their investigation uncovers a sexually transmitted virus that transforms ordinary people into visions of physical perfection—with deadly consequences. The agents’ pursuit of the truth puts them in direct conflict with The Corporation, a shadowy tech empire run by billionaire Ashton Kutcher, who will go to extreme lengths to protect his trillion-dollar miracle-drug enterprise, including unleashing his lethal enforcer, The Assassin (Anthony Ramos).
As the epidemic spreads, Jeremy (Jeremy Pope), a desperate outsider, becomes entangled in the chaos. The narrative spans Paris, Venice, Rome, and New York, askinrg a provocative question: What would you sacrifice for perfection?

The Beauty is based on the comic book series by Jeremy Haun and Jason A. Hurley, with Haun serving as a consultant. The series is produced by 20th Television.
